Key Responsibilities Value Creation Plans: Develop and execute structured value creation plans to ensure the timely realization of planned group-wide potential. End-to-End Workstreams: Lead complex workstreams within value creation projects—from commercial diagnosis, growth strategy, and performance analysis through to final implementation. Transformation Office:



Set up and run the Project/Transformation Management Office (PMO) for complex strategic programs, including business case tracking, integrated planning, governance cadence, risk tracking, and decision preparation. Board-Level Reporting: Support the group strategy development and annual review process. This includes preparing decision-oriented, executive-level materials for Senior Management, the Executive Board, and the Advisory Board. Requirements Education & Background: Successfully completed university degree (Master's or equivalent preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, combined with 4–6 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting (Top-tier firm preferred), corporate development, an in-house transformation office, or private-equity-style portfolio management.
