Experteer Overview In this role you will support subsidiaries with financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting to drive informed business decisions while safeguarding internal controls. You will partner with commercial teams to translate data into actionable insights and reporting for strategic decisions. You'll operate within a dynamic, multinational environment, contributing to higher-quality planning and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial processes and develop the commercial team while traveling as needed.
Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate on monthly, quarterly and annual closing, budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide complete analysis and insight of commercial data aligned to business performance
Deliver the reporting package to support strategic management decisions
Provide finance training and development to the commercial team
Monitor in-month gross-to-net tracking
Support business controlling activities within a dedicated area
Ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data and analyses
Responsabilità Master degree in Economics and Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company or consulting firm
Strong IT skills with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to partner with the business
Problem solving
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to travel nationally and internationally
Fluent in English
