This role sits at the heart of sourcing decision‑making. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will support the sourcing team to make executive decisions that directly impact cost, risk, and business performance. This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, data, and influence in a fast‑paced environment. The position acts as a key bridge between data, sourcing execution, and executive decision‑making.
Lead High‑Impact Sourcing Analytics: Own end‑to‑end RFQ/RFP processes using best‑in‑class e‑sourcing tools; design complex sourcing events (multi‑lot, scenarios, optionality); Turn Data into Decisions: Gather,



structure, and validate data from multiple sources (ERP, sourcing tools, suppliers, market data); build advanced Excel‑based models to support strategic choices; support sourcing leaders in negotiation preparation; present insights to procurement leadership, finance, and business leaders.
Engage with Suppliers and Stakeholders: Day‑to‑day communication with suppliers and contract execution (pricing & terms, contracts, claims, delivery); collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, production, supply‑chain, quality, technical) to ensure procurement aligns with business needs and specifications; Develop Market Intelligence: First experience in sourcing analytics or procurement.
Basic knowledge of e‑sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer or similar) – a plus.
Good understanding of Excel and data management skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
