Experteer Overview As a Legal & Compliance Operation Expert in the GCAP Legal UO, you enable high‐stakes bids and contracts by evaluating risks and guiding compliance. You will support global procurement and sales agreements, coordinate with cross‐functional teams, and manage disputes with external providers. Your work enhances governance and aligns legal outcomes with JV objectives. This role offers exposure to international defence programmes and a pathway for professional growth in a technologically advanced, inclusive environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Support bid review, drafting, negotiation and risk assessment to protect the company's interests Assist drafting, reviewing, interpreting and executing national and international sales contracts Develop procurement contracts that ensure compliance and manage risk with customers and partners Coordinate internal CLCO domain outputs and interface with other departments for consistency Support disputes, investigations and litigation,
