Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements Analyze and model business processes; recommend improvements using Creatio's tools Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code tools Support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment Conduct UAT sessions and end-user training Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles Serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems 1+ year hands-on experience with Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version) Strong un
