Experteer Overview In this role you will implement and maintain the organization's core ICT infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and reliability. You will work closely with IT and business teams to support digital transformation and scalable operations, driving automation and continuous improvement. You will tackle infrastructure challenges, optimize performance, and lead initiatives like cloud migration and cybersecurity projects. Retribuzione / Benefits Install, configure, and deploy servers, network devices, and storage systems Support adoption of virtualization and cloud technologies Optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability Participate in infrastructure-related projects such as cloud migration and cybersecurity initiatives Administer and monitor servers, network devices, and storage systems Troubleshoot issues, apply updates,



and ensure system stability Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions Implement proactive monitoring and automation to improve efficiency Provide expert support for infrastructure-related incidents Collaborate with service desk to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain updated documentation and procedures Provide regular reports on performance and availability to management Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent proven experience) 3+ years of proven ICT infrastructure management experience Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and virtualization/cloud platforms Experience with automation and scripting (Power Shell, Terraform, Ansible) Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience in multinational or technology-driven environments preferred Relevant industry certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
