Experteer Overview As Marketing Manager for Italy, you will translate the regional plan into local strategies to grow brand awareness, physician engagement, and market expansion within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize campaigns, manage media and digital activity, and support product launches with regional support. You'll build a KOL network and provide insights to shape NPD and global strategy. Your role combines analytics, execution, and country leadership to deliver the marketing plan and capitalize local growth opportunities.
Retribuzione / Benefits Translate regional marketing plan to Italy-driven initiatives within OPEX budget
Localize campaign materials and execute media planning (digital included)
Develop local evidence (publications, speakers) and manage local Congress/exhibitions




Build and maintain KOL network (speakers, customers, institutions)
Lead communication as part of country leadership team to execute marketing plans
Provide country market insights and analytics to support ROI, NPD, and global strategy
Collaborate with sales, finance, and global/regional marketing teams to align on campaigns and training collateral
Support product launches with localized materials, educational content, clinical support, and online communication
Utilize digital platforms to deliver and optimize the plan
Travel regularly to the responsible market and HQ as needed
