Project Manager Photovoltaic Plants
The professional will be part of the Project Management division and will be responsible for managing complex energy and plant‐related projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from development and execution to commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Management and coordination of medium to high complexity projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements
Independent preparation of project plans covering both development and implementation phases

Coordination of permitting and authorization processes, including conditions, approvals, and technical and investment documentation
Supervision of construction, commissioning, start‐up, and final handover activities
Coordination and supervision of contractors and subcontractors involved in project execution
Management of procurement processes and support in the selection of service providers and equipment suppliers
Preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with contractors, ensuring proper execution
Qualitative, quantitative, and schedule control of projects, including KPI monitoring
Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations (health & safety, environmental protection, fire safety)
Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual project management reports
Close collaboration with internal departments and companies within the Kelag International division
Participation in the evaluation and development of new ene
