About the Role: For our new Global Centre of Expertise , based in Alba (CN) , we are looking for a Global Professional Maintenance Manager .
In this position, leading our Professional Maintenance central team, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and, with a focus on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar, in our global industrial network.




You will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross‐fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions.
Main Responsibilities: Covering this role, you will become the "change agent", bringing your continuous improvement mindset and fostering the operational excellence culture through TPM/WCM approach and Preventive Maintenance: Preventive, Predictive, Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy .
You will support the team manager in ensuring coordination among central Operation Performance teams and partner functions (Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization, etc) guaranteeing coherence in alignment with PM FOX principles, methodologies and Ferrero Governance, Risk and Compliance procedures.
