ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL) or our Plant in Sedico (BL).
As a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager,
you will gain experience managing a highly complex manufacturing department and ensuring excellent quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
Track and review internal Quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs);
Conduct end-of-line and process tests;
Ensure finished product quality assurance;
Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues;
Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
You have a Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer or Manager.
You are able to read and interpret technical drawings.
You have good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, etc.).
You have good knowledge of MS Office.
You have basic knowledge of statistics.
