Your role as Head of Reporting
The Head of Reporting is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the wealth reporting processes, ensuring data quality, integrity,



and consistency for both institutional and private clients. The role coordinates the development of standard templates, optimizes the use of the Addepar platform, and leads analyst and tech teams in creating structured reporting and data‐management systems. This person acts as a key interface between Family Officers across multiple jurisdictions, and technology teams, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in an international environment.
Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and standardize reports for various Multi‐Family Offices (France, UK, Italy), creating a unified template that can later be customized for local needs
- Continuously update reporting by integrating new features and tools released by Addepar
- Perform high‐level qualitative checks on reports, verify performance consistency, analyze deltas, and provide insights and alerts to Family Officers
