Experteer Overview In this role you drive efficiency and continuous improvement across operations. You will monitor logistics processes, report on performance, and collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Team to implement strategic tools. You shape actions to close gaps between actual and planned performance and design solutions within the supply chain. This position offers hands‐on impact in optimizing workflows and productivity, working with cross‐functional teams to support the company's mission of building the business of the future.



Retribuzione / Benefits Support operations in critical tasks to identify solutions Monitor and report on logistics processes Lead lean activities and continuous improvement with a focus on process quality Support implementation of strategic corporate tools Implement smart productivity tools Collaborate with Site Leader to define action plans for efficiency Analyze root causes of gaps between actual and planned performance Analyze root causes related to inbound/outbound order profiles Partner with Continuous Improvement Team Analyze and design process improvements across the supply chain Manage operational flows, productivity, and KPIs Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Transportation At least 4 years in a similar role in a supply chain or manufacturing environment Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI Fluent in English Strong diagnostic, data analysis, and performance measurement skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and multitask #J-18808-Ljbffr
