Overview We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play the role of Product Process Specialist.
Responsibilities Ensures compliance to build requirements of all processes in the assigned area.
Provides methodological support to production for problem solving, corrective actions and interfaces with Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Suppliers.
Identifies losses and waste in the assigned process and applies the appropriate tool to solve process/product problems.
Coordinates all safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives.
Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager of the Production Unit, the specialist is responsible for managing designated manufacturing processes in a unionized, high-volume,



fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering.
1/2 years of experience in a specific or similar role in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
Analytical approach and good team work orientation.
Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, ability to learn and to work under pressure, and sense of proactivity.
Technical knowledge of main production processes and products.
Good leadership skills.
