We're looking for a Legal & Corporate Affairs Intern, who will be integrated into the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department, providing support to both functions.




The Corporate Affairs team's mission is to ensure compliance with corporate governance rules; manage the activities of the corporate bodies and relevant committees of the bank and its Italian subsidiaries; coordinate and support foreign markets regarding related corporate matters.
Within the support of the Legal Affairs team, the candidate will be actively involved in providing daily assistance in the context of specific local and international transactions as well as day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings for the group's Italian companies;
- Providing support regarding corporate and regulatory requirements resulting from resolutions of corporate bodies under both civil law and applicable regulations;
- Supporting the activities of the bank's internal Board committees;
- Helping ensure corporate coordination of foreign markets and providing support for related requirements;
- Supporting the management and tracking of corporate powers of attorney;
- Assisting in the coordination of corporate aspects related to extraordinary transactions, such as mergers, acq
