Supply Planner Copacking – fixed‐term contract (1 year) – Milan, Italy.
Your Role
The Copacking Planner serves as a key operational link between the Italian Business Unit and external co‐packers, reporting to the Market Supply Coordinator, and works within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate copacking activities across dairy, plant‐based, and baby nutrition products.
Ensure product availability while optimizing costs, reducing waste, and maintaining high service levels.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, Marketing, Sales) and external partners.
Manage copacking operations with external partners to ensure smooth execution and product availability.
Act as the key contact for copacked products, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
Align volumes, priorities, and capacity to support business needs.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and costs.
Support short‐term planning and adapt quickly to changes or unexpected situations.
Contribute to waste reduction and ensure optimal use of materials.
Resolve operational issues and support critical situations when needed.
Drive action plans and ensure effective follow‐up with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in a supply‐chain role is a plus.
Strong problem‐solving and entrepreneurial thinking; proactivity is a must.
Analytical skills.
Relational skills and flexibility.
Excel proficiency; Power BI and SAP/APO are a plus.
Fluent in English and Italian.

Annual base salary aligned with the minimum standards of the National Collective Labour Agreement (Food Industry – Level 2): €36,918.56.
