Experteer Overview As a Researcher at Agorai Innovation Hub, you will advance multi-agent and swarm-based approaches to control and coordination for real industrial systems. You will bridge research with physical robotics infrastructure, collaborating with external engineering partners and reporting to the AI Architect and Head of Technology. You will design rigorous experiments and evaluation frameworks to measure system-level behavior and emergent properties. This role offers to shape practical intelligence that operates safely in complex environments.
Retribuzione / Benefits Research and prototype multi-agent and collective intelligence approaches from simulation to real-system integration Build the coordination layer interfacing with physical systems and robotic infrastructure Design experiments to validate system-level behavior and emergent properties Integrate AI systems with external engineering stacks via clean interfaces and cross-boundary debugging Define evaluation frameworks for collective/adaptive behavior Stay current with research frontier in multi-agent systems, swarm intelligence, and autonomous systems Responsabilità 3–5 years of experience in multi-agent systems, autonomous systems, or collective intelligence with real implementation 3–5 years of experience in simulation tools and methodologies for pre-hardware validation Experience integrating AI systems with physical infrastructure or robotic platforms and operating with robotic middleware #J-18808-Ljbffr
