Experteer Overview As a Sales Professional in the Automotive & Manufacturing sector, you will drive growth by expanding the client portfolio and leading front-end sales activities. You work closely with delivery units to advance RFI/RFP processes and translate service offerings into new accounts. You will foster partnerships, manage budgets and resources for the front-end organization, and maintain cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the chance to shape the automotive business through strategic partnerships and industry leadership. Retribuzione / Benefits Grow and lead the Account and Sales Sector to meet strategic growth targets Acquire new customer business and develop approaches to expand the customer base Lead client acquisition and coordinate RFI/RFP processes with delivery units Leverage existing offerings to expand Automotive practice into new accounts Initiate partnerships with technology and channel partners Oversee operational/financial metrics for the front-end organization (target setting, budgeting,



resource planning, risk assessment) Foster cross-functional communication with delivery BUs and technology practices Participate in industry events and associations Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Sales Management or similar Good understanding of the automotive ecosystem and a strong regional network in South and Central Europe Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies and ability to provide tech thought leadership Experience selling services, solutions and consultancy to OEMs, Tier1s, and tech companies with focus on Digital Cockpit, ADAS/AD, Connected Mobility a plus Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex environments Experience working in a multi-cultural international setting Excellent presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
