Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global EHS strategy, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment across all international operations.
- Provide functional leadership to the global HSE network, coordinating site EHS teams worldwide and driving standardization, governance and best‐practice sharing.
- Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, analyze trends and report insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Lead global environmental and sustainability initiatives, including the environmental component of ESG reporting.
- Partner with Business Unit leaders to implement EHS programs, safe work practices and continuous‐improvement initiatives.
- Promote a strong safety culture and zero‐harm mindset across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee global EHS training programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Manage the EHS budget and drive efficient allocation of resources.
- Standardize and optimize EHS systems, tools and processes across all sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HSE leadership role within a global industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in complex, matrix organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate international and geographically dispersed teams.
- Solid track record in improving EHS performance and reducing risk.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills.
- In‐depth knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards.
- Relevant university degree and EHS certifications.
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is considered a plus.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
Location & Travel
- Based in Caponago, Italy.
- Ready to travel frequently worldwide.
