The Opportunity
We are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join the team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity for technically passionate engineer to launch their engineering career driving innovation and contributing to national and international groundbreaking projects.
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer At Arup, You Will
- Support the Infrastructure and Structural teams across a wide range of national and international projects, engaging in field and office-based activities under the supervision of senior staff.
- Plan, supervise, and report on ground investigations,



ensuring accurate data collection and comprehensive reporting, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Contribute to technical analysis, modelling, and reporting, applying your academic knowledge to real-world challenges for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
- Communicating design solutions (foundations, retaining structures, underground structures, slopes and earthworks) to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to geotechnical research engaging with Arup global Ground Engineering Skills Network, Universities and research partners, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
