Be Management Consulting, part of the Be Group, specializes in Management Consultancy and Digital Engagement, operating across sectors including Energy & Utilities.
Job Location
Milano and Roma. The position is open to candidates, including those from protected categories.
Responsibilities
Strategic Asset Management within Energy & Utilities.
Asset Investment Planning, Asset Strategy Definition, Benchmarking and regulatory framework analysis.
Risk Asset Management, Workforce Optimization, Asset Performance and Predictive Maintenance.
Supply Chain Management, BIM & Digital Twin, Project Control.
Requirements
Laurea STEM o Economia.
Minimum five years experience in Energy & Utility.
Demonstrated problem‐solving in business process optimization (e.g., electricity, integrated water services, Oil & Gas).
Knowledge of ISO55000, ISO31000, ROSS, cost‐vantaggi analysis, ESG, and energy retail.
Understanding of best‐practice organizational models and processes in the sector.
Experience in consulting and proven project management skills as a Project Manager on complex projects.




Strong organisational and sustainable team management skills; result‐oriented with analytical approach.
Ability to inspire and motivate both technical and non‐technical teams.
English proficiency B2 or higher.
