Project and Specification Manager – Protective Coatings, Infrastructure
Location: Italy – covering South Europe – Italy
Your Role
As a Project and Specification Manager specializing in Protective Coatings for the Civil Infrastructure sector, you play a pivotal role in contributing to the sustainable growth of PPG's Protective Coatings Infrastructure business. We focus on safeguarding valuable assets such as data centers, battery manufacturing plants, road/rail bridges, and airport facilities exposed to various atmospheric conditions. Our mission is to protect these assets while ensuring a cleaner environment. Leveraging your deep market knowledge and our advanced product solutions, you will establish lasting relationships with key customers.

Execute Value Selling for our products and services to both new and existing customers.
Ensure the achievement of short‐ and medium‐term sales and margin targets.
Conduct impactful visits to key industry players, including owners, engineering/architects, and EPCs.
Prepare Key Account plans and maintain your Projects pipeline in Salesforce.com.
Expand your internal network to learn, gain support, and accelerate your impact
