Experteer Overview In this role you lead Field Services customer projects end-to-end, ensuring safety, contractual compliance and financial performance. You'll coordinate design, planning, purchasing and on‐site execution with cross‐functional teams to deliver on‐time, within scope and to customer satisfaction. You'll act as the primary customer contact and manage risks, changes and invoicing plans within ERP. This position offers international exposure and the chance to drive impactful project outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead project launch and handover with tendering team; ensure ERP booking and invoicing plan
Develop project planning with milestones; define team structure and responsibilities
Perform risks analysis and identify potential change orders
Organize internal and customer kickoff meetings
Direct project workload planning and progress tracking to meet scope and deliverables
Foster team communication (Order Manager, FSR Manager, Planner, etc.)
Manage contract fulfillment and rights; review deviations against specs




Ensure safety for all involved; act as customer‐facing liaison for project communications
Identify deviations and escape issues; collaborate with Sales on claims and changes
Maintain project schedule updates and timely reporting/escalation of issues
Oversee cost management, forecasting, revenue recognition and GM improvement
Lead Lessons Learned sessions with Sales and Tendering; inform continuous improvement
Forecast book‐to‐bill and GM for upcoming projects
Responsabilità Engineering degree or technical diploma (Electrical, Energetical, Mechanical)
Building Management System knowledge
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project)
English fluency
Strong customer relationship skills; negotiations and conflict handling
Ability to anticipate deviations and escape issues timely
Focus on project profitability and accurate forecasting
