Job Summary HR PLANT GENERALIST - MATERNITY COVER at GE Aerospace, Rivalta di Torino, PIE, IT. This role will support the site HR Leader and client HRM's on daily HR activities within defined parameters.
Responsibilities Support the implementation and correct application of HR policies, procedures, practices, and processes related to staffing and organization.
Follow research and selection activities, focusing on technical and production profiles, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and external suppliers.
Manage the agency worker onboarding process and contracts, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
Provide continuous support to people leaders regarding compliance and workforce management.
Assist the HR analytics team with tools and process management.
Ensure appropriate training opportunities are available.
Investigate and advise on concerns regarding policies, procedures, practices, or contractual issues.
Collaborate with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
Support staffing and organization processes.




Participate in key HR processes such as dashboarding, talent review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.
Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics).
Proactive and self‐starter, able to work independently and communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
Confident with digital tools and media.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Work Visa required per local regulations.
Previous experience in HR roles.
