Overview As Head of Controlling Italy, you will lead our national controlling function and act as a strategic partner to the business. Reporting to the Country CFO, you will take on a strategic leadership role with strong business impact, collaborating with international and EMEA stakeholders while driving and shaping business performance, transformation, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic industrial environment. The role can be based on our site in Zola Predosa (BO) or Casella (GE), but travel to the other Italian sites on a regular basis will be required according to specific needs. About The Role In this role, you will drive financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support across our Italian operations. You will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, improving profitability, and supporting operational excellence in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.
