Experteer Overview As a Customer Success Manager at Motork in Milan, you will be the primary liaison for automotive dealers after contract signing. You will help define and execute digital strategies, guide customer engagements, and collaborate with Sales on pilots, renewals, and expansions. You'll assess dealer performance, promote best practices, and design campaigns to maximize platform value. This role blends relationship management with strategic advisory in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Assist customers in defining and executing their digital strategy
Lead client engagements across levels and coordinate with Sales on pilots, renewals, and expansions
Evaluate dealer performance (website quality, stock imagery, feature adoption, digital presence)




Propose lead-generating campaigns based on benchmarks
Develop testimonial strategies with Sales
Conduct training sessions on product features and updates
Share industry best practices to maximize customer value
Coordinate with Content Editors to keep training material current and improve processes
Responsabilità Background in an Automotive Dealership environment
Native Italian and fluent English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
Tech-savvy with a digital mindset
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Genuine curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for trying new tools
