Scope of the role The HR Site Manager – Milan and Bologna acts as a strategic business partner for key enabling functions and local leadership teams, ensuring end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role drives organizational effectiveness, supports business decision-making, and contributes to transformation initiatives through strong HR governance, people strategies, and employee engagement.
