Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape pricing strategy for Roadside Assistance across global markets by building actuarial and machine learning models. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to translate data insights into actionable pricing solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. You'll explore data, validate assumptions, and drive innovation in pricing and underwriting, leveraging AI and analytics to unlock new business opportunities. Retribuzione / Benefits Data exploration and quality checks on complex insurance datasets for actuarial modeling
Develop and maintain advanced actuarial and machine learning pricing models
Validate actuarial assumptions to ensure robust, business‐ready models
Drive pricing and underwriting innovations to improve accuracy and efficiency
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non‐technical stakeholders




Produce rate monitoring reports with audit trails and monitor reserving development and predicted loss ratios
Support development, maintenance, and validation of pricing tools and systems
Collaborate with global underwriters, finance, operations, and network teams
Leverage Generative AI and emerging technologies to create new business opportunities and optimize data flow across systems
Responsabilità Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
Experience in actuarial science or management
Strong Python programming skills (essential)
Expertise in large‐scale data management and analysis
Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment
