Your development is part of our plan. As a Customer Success Supporter, you will assist hoteliers in using our ADDITIVE+ APPS and become a professional in digital hotel marketing yourself. You will learn directly on the job, continuously develop your skills, and gradually become the central point of contact for customers: with your own customer portfolio, in-depth marketing expertise, and real creative freedom. Clarify Questions via Email Clarify Questions by Phone Apply now Responsibilities Project management & onboarding: Introducing ADDITIVE+ APPS to new customers, organizing the entire process up to the campaign launch Customer analysis & communication: Preparing evaluations for customer meetings and internal project team meetings Content & analysis: Coordinating content procurement and implementation, and preparing reports Support & Knowledge Management: Management of support tickets and maintenance of internal and external knowledge databases Customer Loyalty & Growth:



Participation in the expansion of existing customer relationships, including potential analysis of cross‐selling and upselling Must Haves You are a communicative person who enjoys explaining and structuring things and getting people on board. With your organizational skills, you can keep track of even the most dynamic projects and always find a solution. Initial experience in tourism or online marketing will help you understand our customers' world. Your interest in software and digital trends makes you the driving force between marketing and technology, where customer success is created. You also have very good language skills in German and English, Italian is a plus.
