Overview Senior Marketing professional to drive growth of Wolters Kluwer's Digital Solutions portfolio within the Publishing - Product & Marketing Division. You will conduct market analyses, shape a compelling value proposition, and coordinate cross-functional, international teams to deliver high-value solutions. You will design and execute omnichannel go-to-market plans and manage end-to-end campaigns, with ownership of product line performance. This role offers visibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence a rapidly transforming digital ecosystem.
Retribution / Benefits Market and strategy: perform in-depth market analyses, define customer-centric differentiation, and shape value proposition.
Product development coordination: collaborate with national and international teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Go-to-market planning: set budgets and targets, design omnichannel marketing plans with emphasis on digital channels.
Campaign execution: manage online/offline communications and create content across blogs, case studies, social, newsletters, webinars, events.




Execution and performance: coordinate agencies for campaigns and materials; monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
Sales enablement: support training programs for sales channels and commercial teams.
Responsibilities Economics degree with at least 5 years in Product or Marketing Management in multinational environments.
Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactivity.
Proven project-management skills and cross-functional coordination.
Solid and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing; analytical, planning, multitasking, problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing-automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), AI technologies, and AI-based marketing tools.
Willingness to travel internationally; fluency in English (C1); advanced MS Office.
