Experteer Overview In this OT Security Consultant role you will strengthen and protect industrial operations through cybersecurity assessments and design. You will drive Security by Design across OT networks and devices, aligning with key standards to reduce vulnerabilities. You will implement advanced OT security solutions and work closely with a collaborative team to deliver secure, reliable industrial systems. including OT network reviews and cybersecurity requirements for greenfield projectsDefine and implement OT cybersecurity policies and procedures per best practicesWork with OT security solutions (IDS, SRA, EDR) through design, deployment, and maintenanceCollaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve security outcomesResponsabilità1-3 years of OT cybersecurity experienceUnderstanding of OT technologies (PLC, SCADA, RTU, HMI, DCS)Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF and sector architecturesOT-related certifications like GIAC GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 are a plusStrong communication and teamwork skillsFluency in Italian and EnglishRequisiti fondamentalistart-up mindsethands‐on experienceflexibility
