As part of CNHi Purchasing Agricultural, you will manage key suppliers' capacity to secure production feasibility and prevent disruptions. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams to map capacity configurations and monitor delivery performance. Your work supports ramp‐ups for new products and continuous improvement of capacity processes. This role offers a global, collaborative environment where your analytical skills help optimize supplier capacity and protect our production plans. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage supplier capacity for key suppliers and map capacity configuration along the value stream Proactively identify capacity roadblocks from monthly S&OP; reviews to secure production and sales targets Organize and track supplier surveys for production plans, value stream mapping,



and market analysis Monitor delivery performance and coordinate with Manufacturing to implement backlog recovery actions Support supply escalation for critical suppliers with potential structural issues Assist Product Development in detecting capacity bottlenecks during new product ramp‐ups and define corrective actions Drive process improvements and tools development to empower capacity management Responsabilità MRP knowledge; 3+ years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain with focus on production planning and material management Proficiency with Excel and xrdztoy PowerPoint; basic Office tools Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities; risk anticipation and data handling Clear, concise communication in a multinational environment Willingness to travel and stay abroad when required Self‐starter with proactive teamwork, resilience under pressure, and results orientation Fluent English Requisiti fondamentali Flexible work arrangements Parental leave Employee Assistance Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
