Well, if you’re interested in our Head of Sales role, this might be your next step We are looking for an experienced Commercial Leader to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few).
As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the Commercial Plan execution and be a key contributor to the Commercial Strategy development, in cooperation with Head of Mktg & Category Development Italy & Iberia,



with the objective of accelerating growth ahead of the market in this pivotal leadership role. We are looking for a rock star that fosters a high-performance culture and will be accountable for identifying and maximising the potential of the market. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust industry knowledge, exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in driving commercial success within the FMCG sector.
Planning, local & international annual trade negotiations, promotional plans, customer category management, customer contribution target for the market’s entire product portfolio in the mass distribution channel, consistently driving growth and excellence in execution. Lead the Sales team made of 12 teammates, the agents team, a Distributor and a Merchandising Agency. Maximising the capabilities of the Sales Team and drive business growth.
