You will join us in our Milan Monte Napoleone Store as a Full-Time Senior Client Advisor (40 hours per week) reporting directly to the Store Management.
Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.




Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential ; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
A previous experience in the fashion/luxury retail of at leat 3 years
Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
