- Marketing of real estate properties, residential developments and subdivisions;
- Strategic consulting in defining and proposing investment opportunities for clients;
- Strategic planning of marketing activities for exclusive mandates;
- Assistance in finding real estate solutions best suited to clients' needs and technical and contractual support;
- Collaboration with the Marketing team to define commercial strategies and communication activities aimed at enhancing the department's real estate initiatives.

Requirements
- Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
- Proven experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
- Degree in Economics or related disciplines
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage relationships
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
