As an R&D; Senior Design Engineer, you will help shape the next generation of power devices by leading their definition, design, and release to production. You will collaborate across functions to ensure aligned, market-driven outcomes. This role combines technical depth with innovation to advance power electronics at a global, respected manufacturer. You will work on future generations through TCAD simulations and cross-site teamwork, making a tangible impact on product performance and reliability. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the design and industrialization of new power devices aligned with market and customer needs Drive cross-functional and international collaboration to support successful new product releases Coordinate problem-solving activities and contribute to effective technical decision-making Define and approve specifications for strategic materials critical to product performance and reliability Develop new concepts and innovative solutions for future product generations, including support through TCAD simulations Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, Controlling, and Purchasing Responsabilità Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry; Silicon Carbide power devices experience is a strong advantage Strong understanding of power semiconductor physics Solid knowledge of statistical data analysis Fluent written and spoken English Knowledge of finite element process and device simulation is preferred Understanding of power device applications is preferred Structured xrdztoy and proactive problem-solving mindset Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of results Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Willingness to
