Industry Leadership : Drive technical discussions with strategic European power partners, represent the company at industry events, and leverage emerging tech trends to maintain a competitive edge. Must‐Haves Experience : 10+ years specializing in Power Plant Controllers (PPC), Micro Grid Controllers (MGCC), and Energy Management Systems (EMS). Proven Track Record :

Led R&D; for products/solutions successfully deployed in multiple 100MW+ projects across Europe. Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of European new energy delivery processes, power plant safety standards, and project implementation challenges. Technical Proficiency : Strong command of IEC 61131 standards and tools, specifically Structured Text (ST) and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming.
