Experteer Overview In this role in Italy, you will drive the Leather Goods Strategy delivery, overseeing cross‐functional execution and performance. You will manage stakeholder engagement, monitor production and vendor performance, and optimize processes including ERP updates. You'll translate insights into actionable improvements, support change management, and ensure delivery leads are met. Your work directly supports faster, leaner production and better supplier collaboration within a globally recognized luxury brand.
Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor production performance and drive improvement actions
Oversee external manufacturers and manage the Vendor Rating process
Track internal cutting performance with a lean approach
Analyze and implement supplier/workflow/time management improvements
Share manufacturing knowledge and promote best practices




Collaborate with purchasing, planning, quality, production and logistics to reduce lead times
Define Production process KPIs and implement reporting systems
Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and reporting
Support change management and transition planning
Responsabilità Bachelor in Management Engineering or similar
Manufacturing experience
Experience implementing organizational changes
Strong time management and ability to balance priorities
Excellent analytical skills
Good interpersonal/relational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Stealth 3000 and Power BI
Excellent spoken and written English
