Join our team and start your journey todayWe are looking for a Customer Service Technical Support – HVAC to support the development and delivery of tailored HVAC solutions for customers and partners. This role combines strong engineering expertise with customer-facing engagement, supporting the full lifecycle from technical consultation and solution definition through to commissioning and ongoing support.Working closely with Sales, R&D;, and Product Management, the successful candidate will help translate customer requirements into reliable, efficient, and competitive HVAC solutions.This position is based in Belluno , and you will be able to work in a hybrid working model with 2 days per week from home.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Collaborate with the Sales team to analyse customer technical requirements and propose customised HVAC solutions that are technically robust and commercially competitive.Provide technical support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, including application consulting, functional analysis, system configuration, and component selection.Support the
