Experteer Overview As Regional Health Manager for Italy, you lead Occupational Health services and advisory activities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations. You will act as the OH subject matter expert, liaising with authorities and internal stakeholders to safeguard employee well-being. You'll define and monitor health metrics, drive proactive risk mitigation, and shape health programs across Italy in collaboration with the WHS/GMH team. This role offers a strategic impact on health policy localization and cross-functional health initiatives.
Responsibilities Provide strategic direction to External Occupational Health services in Italy, ensuring compliant and high-quality support
Serve as the OH subject matter expert,



guiding internal stakeholders and liaising with local authorities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting workplace health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and local regulations
Define, monitor, and report health metrics to GMH leadership to measure program success and inform strategy
Oversee proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of workplace health risks, developing programs to safeguard well-being
Qualifications Professional proficiency in English (C1 CEFR)
Medical Degree
