Experteer Overview You will own MEP cost planning and budgeting for data centre projects, driving cost-efficient outcomes. You will work closely with MEP teams and site engineers to keep budgets in line with design. You'll manage tendering, supplier selection, and cost reporting to support informed financial decisions. This on-site role in Milan contributes to delivering turnkey data centre solutions with strong cost discipline.

Control MEP variations and changes, tracking approvals and updating financials




Report and forecast MEP costs with regular analyses for project decisions
Collaborate with MEP engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues while safeguarding budgets and specifications
Responsabilità 5+ years' experience on large-scale construction projects (preferably data centres)
Relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
