Experteer Overview In this role, you support projects and operations by applying business process know-how and IT infrastructure expertise. You will analyze requirements, design and implement IT solutions, and oversee the software development lifecycle. You'll translate business needs into technical solutions, coordinate with developers and IT managers, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery. You work within Program NEXT to drive innovation and digitization across Generali's Europe-wide operations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping how data and systems enable faster, simpler user experiences.

Translate business needs into technical solutions with business users directly
Plan, monitor, and oversee IT projects
Test and investigate system issues and provide timely solutions




Ensure compliance with internal policies
Analyze data usage and business processes to propose improved to-be states
Collaborate with leaders, architects, and implementation leads for cross-country consistency
Responsabilità Knowledge of IFRS principles (IFRS17 and IFRS9) and Background Actuarial Non-Life
Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean Project Management, Agile and Waterfall, ITIL
Knowledge of SQL, programming languages and relational databases
English Professional level; additional languages advantageous (Italian, German, French)
Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali Knowledge of IFRS principles (IFRS17 and IFRS9) and Background Actuarial Non-Life
