Your opportunity
The Faculty of Health is one of Southern Cross University’s largest and most strategically important portfolios, delivering education,



research and industry partnerships that have a direct impact on the health workforce and the communities we serve.
As Faculty Manager, you will operate as the Executive Dean’s strategic partner. Leading the professional operations of the Faculty while helping shape its future direction, sustainability and growth. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for financial stewardship, organisational performance, workforce capability, operational excellence and enterprise-wide influence.
Leading a diverse portfolio of professional services, you will work across teaching, research and engagement activities to ensure the Faculty remains responsive, sustainable and positioned for future opportunities. You will influence decisions at the highest levels of the University, represent the Faculty across senior forums and drive initiatives that strengthen performance, capability and innovation.
