Join our Brand in its incredible journey We are looking for a person enthusiastic about HR, who wants to acquire an overview of HR function and develop organisational and communicational skills, proactively contributing to projects' development and bringing his/her knowhow and expertise gained during years of study, with a particular focus on recruiting process.
Il vostro profilo
Would include responsibilities such as:
Supporting retail recruiting process by publishing announcements, screening of received CVs, conducting selection interviews and presenting candidates to store managers.
Proactively ensure the correct execution of assigned activities, collaborating with internal Brand functions and the rest of the HR team.
Administrative and reporting activities.
Processing data and presentations to support the team.




Involvement in specific activities periodically identified by the tutor.
Condizioni professionali
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:
Degree in law, humanities or economics.
Complete knowledge of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel, Power Point, and good familiarity with the use of computer systems.
Organisational skills and ability to manage assignments on time, with accuracy and proactivity.
Confidentiality.
Result orientation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, willingness to change and strong problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of search and selection processes will be considered nice to have.
Conoscenze delle lingue
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
