Experteer Overview In this role you support the Integrated Lean Six Sigma journey within the CI-focused department, driving data-driven improvements and training teams on CI tools. You will enable the daily management system, collect and validate data, and lead root-cause analysis to close KPI gaps. You help establish new work standards and mentor colleagues on CI practices. This position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement at plant level, delivering measurable loss reductions and sustainable gains. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide training on CI tools and techniques Support departments in following the daily management system (DMS)



Assist teams in data collection and extraction for CI activities and DMS Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps Establish new work standards to sustain improvements Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new standards Participate in DMS meetings with data collection and RCA contributions Lead CI activities on the line/section and develop IL6 S journey tools Build core team competencies for IL6 S and foster team involvement Responsabilità CI and high-performance work systems experience Strong facilitation and communication skills Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory/operations environment Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data Fluency in Italian and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
