What You Will Do
As an OST Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Project Execution & Site Operations
Plan, coordinate and execute OST projects in line with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and internal delivery standards.
Define execution schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and high equipment utilization.
Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with technical procedures, safety standards, and customer expectations.




Act as the primary operational interface for customers and site teams during project execution.
Manage unexpected issues and site constraints, ensuring rapid and effective problem‐solving to avoid downtime, cost overruns, or service disruption.
Ensure proper mobilization and demobilization of test systems, logistics, documentation, and site readiness.
Resource & Asset Management
Plan and coordinate the deployment of personnel, test systems, vehicles, and external service providers, where applicable.
Optimize asset utilization, reduce idle time, and maximize testing productivity across multiple sites.
Ensure field teams are technically prepared, properly equipped, and aligned with project‐specific requirements.
Coordinate maintenance needs and operational availability of testing assets in cooperation with relevant technical and support functions.
Scheduling, Cost & Performance Control
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including dependencies, miles
