Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and develop the Loacker Café product assortment to deliver an engaging customer experience and sustain profitability. You will align assortment strategy with cross‐functional teams and support launches, promotions, and store openings. You'll optimize margins and drive merchandising in Loacker Cafés, shaping a cohesive brand story across markets. This role offers hands‐on impact in a growing, values‐driven, international family‐owned company.
Retribuzione / Benefits Define and manage the full product assortment (FMCG & gift products) for Loacker Cafés
Contribute to assortment strategy, pricing and promotional planning
Develop merchandising concepts and ensure implementation in stores
Monitor performance and margins, identify optimization potentials
Collaborate cross‐functionally with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations
Support new product launches and communicate assortment changes to stakeholders




Contribute to new store openings (assortment, first orders, retail input)
Train Store Managers and shop staff, creating engaging product and selling stories
Responsabilità Degree in Business Administration (focus on Marketing) or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or product management
Experience in FMCG; food industry is a plus
Strong interest in brands, retail and consumer goods
Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Analytical skills with a hands‐on mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in German, Italian and English
