Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and optimize the national commercial organization to drive growth across Agencies, SMBs, and Enterprise. You will implement a data-driven sales strategy, ensure disciplined processes, and align sales with product launches to boost cross-sell and upsell. You'll oversee sales, support, and customer success teams to deliver a customer-centric operating model that improves retention and revenue. You'll work with marketing, product, and operations to enhance lead quality, forecasting, and overall performance, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and execute a data-driven sales strategy aligned with priorities and market trends Monitor sales funnels and KPIs to identify growth levers Ensure alignment between sales and product launches; foster cross-sell and upsell opportunities Structure the sales org with clear roles and balanced accounts Establish operational rhythm: pipeline reviews, deal inspections,



quarterly business reviews Drive pipeline management and accurate forecasting Standardize the sales process using proven methodologies (MEDDIC or similar) Build high-performing teams through coaching and development Recruit, onboard, and retain sales and support talent Oversee support and customer success to ensure excellent CS and retention Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations for data hygiene and insights Champion AI and sales tools to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy Foster a data-driven culture with regular performance analysis Simplify incentive plans to align with goals and behaviors Responsabilità Proven experience leading B2 B Saa S or digital sales teams with Sales and Customer Success experience Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach Deep knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Proficiency with CRM and modern sales tools; openness to AI-driven innovation
