I am recruiting for a Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer to join my client's team at a European research and development centre focused on advanced communication and sensing technologies. The Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer will contribute to the design and development of high-performance ICs used in next-gen systems.
The Senior Analog RFIC Design Engineer will support the full design cycle from concept through to validation, working closely with system and layout teams.
Responsibilities:
Design and simulate high-performance analog and RF integrated circuits for advanced modules
Translate system requirements into circuit-level specifications with cross functional teams
Support layout definition and review to ensure performance and robustness
Carry out verification, optimisation and lab correlation activities
Contribute to feasibility studies and technical decision making




Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Electronics or a related field
10+ years experience in analog or RF IC design with complex IC development
Strong experience with Cadence tools and full custom design flow
Knowledge of CMOS or SiGe technologies
Proven experience delivering designs to silicon and production
Comfortable working in international teams with good communication skills
Fluent English and willingness to travel when required
