JOB MISSION Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Quality Control Team while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. What You Will Do Ensure compliance with company quality standards and objectives defined by Quality Assurance (QA) and validated by the Technical Director. Oversee product control and testing for raw materials, bulk, and finished products to detect defects or deviations. Define, implement, and monitor quality control methodologies, analytical procedures, and problem‐solving tools. Lead the investigation and resolution of non‐conformities, coordinating root cause analysis and collaborating with Quality Assurance on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify improvement opportunities and support data‐driven decisions.



Collaborate with Production, Research and Development (R&D;), Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product integrity and process robustness. Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Control team to ensure high performance and alignment with company quality objectives. Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with standards and regulations. Who You Are At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control roles within manufacturing environments, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food or chemical industries. Solid knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards (ISO 9001; GMP). Strong understanding of quality tools and problem‐solving methodologies: PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA/PFMEA.
