Experteer OverviewIn this role you will help design and scale a Shared Service Center model across multiple European locations, focusing on performance management, automation, and AI‐enabled improvements. You will coordinate cross‐country teams, define KPI dashboards, and oversee end‐to‐end implementation to enhance efficiency and transparency in service delivery to Business Units. This is a strategic, transformation‐focused role with broad international exposure and direct impact on core operations. You will drive standardization, monitor SLAs, and contribute to a growing,
